Kitemind is a B2B SaaS platform that provides WhatsApp customer service automation through artificial intelligence. Our service allows businesses to automate responses, manage appointments, and improve communication with their customers.
To use Kitemind, you must: be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account and password, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use Kitemind for: sending spam or unsolicited messages, illegal content, defamatory content, or content that violates third-party rights, impersonating another person or entity, interfering with service operation, or any activity that violates WhatsApp/Meta policies.
You retain ownership of your content. By using Kitemind, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for the content your AI assistant communicates to your customers.
Some Kitemind services require payment. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
We strive to keep Kitemind available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Kitemind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kitemind, Kite House, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
